Is Bria compatible with Axvoice?

Is Bria compatible with Axvoice. I want to use it on my smart phone. Shall I be able to use more than one SiP accounts via Bria. I have 3G internet service and I have come to know bria can work with 3G internet service also. Let me know about the voice quality if anyone has used this before.

I have used bria. Sount quality is great. However, I have used it via wi-fi internet. I have used two SiP accounts via Bria.
