I want to pay monthly for unlimited plan

I want to pay monthly for the $99 unlimited USA/Canada plan. Monthly amount will be $8.25 per month. I am ready to sign up a contract for this. Why the system does not give any such option?

This plan offers three options. You can pay year ($99) as well as monthly. If you want to pay monthly, you can go for a year contract ($10.99 per month) or you can sign up for a simple monthly plan (with no contract $14.99 per month). We don't offer any plan at $8.25 per month.
