I emailed billing@axvoice last night about a billing error, no response as of 9:30 AM EDT, so I go on the site to contact them via live chat that is listed as working from 8AM to 5PM EST. Well, 9:30 AM EDT is 8:30 AM EST and no live chat. Is anyone there?
