What is the difference in a yearly plan and a flexible yearly plan. Can I change my plan after sign up?

In an yearly plan, you can pay the fee once and use the service for whole year. In a flexible yearly plan, there will be a one year contract but you can pay monthly.
You can change the plan within first 15 days of service use.
