My do not disturb feature is not on and I have reset my modem. Others seem to be able to call my voip # but I can't call from my cell without going right to voicemail. This has only been a problem for about a week and I haven't changed anything.

I have the same problem.My cell phone goes directly to voice mail.Sometimes everyone else's calls go to voicemail too.I don't want that - I have an answering machine at home.Other times they go properly to the answering machine.
