Hi.
Have a couple of issues I'm trying to figure out - I have been back and forth with customer service for about two weeks now - I keep getting e-mails telling me I am on the 'old' platform, and that the features listed on the website are only possible on the 'new' platform. What exactly are they talking about? As everyone probably knows, you simply cannot get through to the customer support phone, and tech support says they have no idea what CS is referring to. This is not good service, period!
