I am a college student doing research on quality internet telephony companies for my Market Reseach class.
Does anyone know how many subscribers Axvoice has compared to the other big players like Vonage, Packet8, Sunrocket, etc?
If any of you are telecom engineers or anything like that, what are the quality metrics and how do I find out what these are for Axvoice and the other companies? Is there an independent source or do I have to subscribe to each service to test it?
