Which adapter Axvoice provides with its service? My router is a wireless router. Will Axvoice adapter work with the wireless router? My second question is if I face any problem during configuration, how would Axvoice help me? What would happen if I fail to configure that adapter?

Axvoice offers Grandstream 286 adapter and as far as I know it is not a wireless device at all.

Although, Axvoice adapter is not a wireless device but 99% wireless routers have a few lan ports on them.

Almost all the VoIP phone service providers offer plug and play adapter now a day. We provide Grandstream HT 286 adapter. It is totally free. Grandstream HT 286 is not a wireless adapter. However, as mentioned earlier, every wireless router has few lan ports on it so you can use one of those LAN ports for Axvoice adapter. As far as configuration is concerned, we provide a plug and play adapter. Majority of our clients successfully start using Axvoice at their own. However, if someone needs help, he can contact our live support team from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our tech team will not leave you until and unless your service is not started. However, if the adapter does not work well even after all efforts, it can be changed. Remember the 15 day money back guarantee also.
