Hi, is anything wrong with network? when i try to call it keeps telling me that the network is busy

Lately I been getting this as well. It seems to be at random times.

Here's a copy of my Asterisk logs when it occurs:

-- SIP/axvoice-52fe is making progress passing it to SIP/204-fadc
-- Got SIP response 480 "Temporarily unavailable" back from 216.143.130.36
-- SIP/axvoice-52fe is circuit-busy
== Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/1/0)
-- Executing Goto("SIP/204-fadc", "s-CONGESTION|1") in new stack
-- Goto (macro-dialout-trunk,s-CONGESTION,1)
-- Executing NoOp("SIP/204-fadc", "Dial failed due to CONGESTION") in new stack
-- Executing Macro("SIP/204-fadc", "outisbusy|") in new stack
-- Executing Cepstral("SIP/204-fadc", ""All Circuits busy right now"") in new stack

So what gives? This the result of growing pains?
