Calls to Austraila being charged incorrectly

Hi,

Charges to 13 and 1300 numbers (Like toll free numbers, but no longdistnace call rate), are being charged at the Mobile phone rate 18.8¢/min.

Can these be fixed as they are NOT mobile phone calls?

Hi,
It's been more then a week now, any chance someone from axvoice can reply with an update on when the billing system will correctly reflect Australia landline calls as such (rather then mobile).

Only mobile calls start with +614, so other calls e.g. +6113, o +611300, +617 etc. are landline and not mobile and should be charged as such.

You should probably contact AxVoice directly, instead of the forum. I think the address is billing@axvoice.com but just in case check it on the website.
