Want to use axvoice service abroad

Right now I am living in Montreal. I am planing to start a call center in Calcutta, India. I want to know

1:- Can we use Axvoice service outside USA/Canada?
2:- How is the service quality abroad?
3:- Can use the same number in Montreal and India?

I am using their service from Tokyo. Service is good but they did not send me the hardware. They say, they don't send it outside USA.

You can use Axvoice phone service from any part of the world if you have an american or Canadian credit card. Shipment is done within USA and Canada only.
