Can i get Home phone service with out a security deposit?
Posted: Wed Jul 07, 2010 6:25 amI haven't had a home phone in a while ,just using a cell.I contacted AT@T but they said it may take about 15 days to process and 115 security deposit... All I need is basic service .. is there a phone company that is customer friendly ?
